Andrew is an accomplished Defence and Defence Industry professional with over 15 years’ experience in Australia and overseas delivering results in operational planning and execution, training, project and program management. A graduate of the Capability and Technology Management College (CTMC) holding a Master of Capability Management, Andrew has a deep understanding of the Capability Lifecycle and applies this expertise to enhance client outcomes across all sectors.

Jackie is a results driven business manager with extensive experience across federal, state and territory governments and the private sector. Jackie’s core competencies are project management, strategic policy development, business management, governance and stakeholder engagement. Her strengths are establishing collaborative partnerships and managing high profile projects. Jackie thrives working in high-pressure environments to deliver quality outcomes.

Colan is a career management consultant, with over 14 years’ experience working with organisations to manage transformation and change and deliver on their strategic and operational objectives. He has extensive experience working with leadership teams across all levels of public service organisations in Australia and New Zealand. Colan specialises in developing strong relationships across a business, supporting leaders to achieve objectives and developing teams by creating an environment where they feel valued, encouraged and motivated to deliver results and drive outcomes.

Eugenie is an experienced business support officer with a versatile skillset. She has provided finance, payroll, and human resource management support within the private and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to her career in business support, Eugenie dedicated 18 years to the field of healthcare as a registered nurse. Her background in the health sector, coupled with her unwavering commitment to patient care, has uniquely shaped her approach to providing invaluable business support to GSA and our clients.

Mathew served as a Captain in the Australian Defence Force and was awarded the Bronze Commendation Australian Army for developing and leading the implementation of an improved system which prepares specialised units for operation deployment. Mat utilised his expertise to deliver similar outcomes on projects within the Department of Education South Australia, and his ability to deliver key outcomes in challenging environments and pressurised situations saw him successfully lead the delivery of the Covid-19 vaccination program in South Australia. Mat holds a Master of Business.

Paul is an adept program manager with over 15 years’ experience managing technology and infrastructure projects. A former Army Officer, he is a skilled leader, having managed specialised teams and led domestic and international operations and engagements. Paul holds a Master of Project Management, Diploma of Military Leadership, is a graduate of the Melbourne Business School Gateway Emerging Leaders Program and a member of the Project Management Institute of Australia.

Cindy is a detailed and self-motivated professional with over 18 years public and private utilities sector experience. Cindy has excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead and work with people at all levels. She has a successful record in many aspects of business transformation from requirements gathering through to implementation and aftercare. Cindy also has a vast knowledge and experience in quality, risk and compliance management. Nick offers over 30 years’ expertise in aviation, defence, public, and health sectors, specialising in risk, safety, and compliance assurance. Drawing on deep operational and command experience as Army Aviation aircrew, he has led critical aviation safety reforms and operational airworthiness reviews within Defence. Recently, Nick spearheaded governance and risk enhancements for a $14B health infrastructure portfolio and designed compliance systems for a major health service. His core strength is building teams, systems, and cultures that ensure enduring compliance and impactful results.

Richard brings deep experience in leadership, strategy, training and capability management. Richard has more than 25 years in military aviation as a commander, pilot, flying instructor, capability manager and governance manager. His career has varied from having multiple operational deployments in command of Australian troops, to being responsible for the introduction of a QMS into Army Aviation Command. Since leaving Defence, Richard has supported organisations implement changes to their governance arrangements by providing bespoke updates to their management structures. He has used his capability management skills to support organisational sustainment and capability management. He has also used his training skills to modernise and deliver corporate level training courses. He is motivated by helping people achieve their potential.
