Andrew is an accomplished Defence and Defence Industry professional with over 15 years’ experience in Australia and overseas delivering results in operational planning and execution, training, project and program management. A graduate of the Capability and Technology Management College (CTMC) holding a Master of Capability Management, Andrew has a deep understanding of the Capability Lifecycle and applies this expertise to enhance client outcomes across all sectors.

Krystyna brings nine years of diverse experience from Manufacturing to Supply Chain Management Consulting across multinational and start-up environments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration and a Master of Supply Chain Management. Krystyna’s strength lies in managing complex projects, and she excels in fast-paced, highly complex and multinational environments. She is thorough in her approach and develops strong positive relationships, which allow her to solve problems and deliver sustainable outcomes for the client. 

Colan is a career management consultant, with over 14 years’ experience working with organisations to manage transformation and change and deliver on their strategic and operational objectives. He has extensive experience working with leadership teams across all levels of public service organisations in Australia and New Zealand. Colan specialises in developing strong relationships across a business, supporting leaders to achieve objectives and developing teams by creating an environment where they feel valued, encouraged and motivated to deliver results and drive outcomes.

With over 36 years of Defence experience, Brett is a skilled strategist adept at formulating actionable solutions using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and modern management principles. Brett has an MBA and formal qualifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Project Management and Coaching.

Tegan is an accomplished program manager as well as a people and culture professional, with experience working with government and private clients on strategic reform initiatives across a broad range of industries. She is adept at leading teams and partnering with stakeholders in the delivery and reform of strategic and operational people programs, with a strong ability to think critically, solve complex problems and drive results. She is known for building rapport and strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels to add value in managing people and change initiatives.

Paul is an adept program manager with over 15 years’ experience managing technology and infrastructure projects. A former Army Officer, he is a skilled leader, having managed specialised teams and led domestic and international operations and engagements. Patsy has over 25 years of experience working in senior roles in the Queensland Police Service (QPS), Public Safety Business Agency (PSBA) and Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) including a key role in preparing for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in 2018. Patsy specialises in Human Resources working extensively with senior executives across Government Agencies and Unions.

Natalia has a breadth of experience across the Defence, industry, and strategic advisory services space. She has delivered insider threat risk assessments, enhanced due diligence, and security gap analysis reviews for federal government, critical infrastructure organisations, and Australian universities. Natalia has also worked in Business Intelligence and Workforce Planning teams. She holds a Master of Strategic Studies from ANU and a Bachelor of International Relations and Professional and Creative Writing.

Scott has deep practical experience in Australia and internationally as an executive and senior leader in the public, private and for-purpose sectors, and in the Australian Army. Scott has leveraged that experience as a management consultant to provide strong practical outcomes for clients operating within challenging and complex environments, with particular expertise in risk management, business continuity, business process improvement and organisational design. Scott has bachelor and masters degrees in management, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
