James is a capability management expert with deep experience in military aviation, strategy, management and training. Some of his previous roles include Senior Advisor to the Afghan Ministry of Defence on Air Matters, Director Battlefield Aviation Program, Commandant Army Aviation Training Centre and Director Aviation Capability Management. A pilot and flying instructor with qualifications on Tiger, Black Hawk and Iroquois helicopters, James is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Order of Australia.

Mathew served as a Captain in the Australian Defence Force and was awarded the Bronze Commendation Australian Army for developing and leading the implementation of an improved system which prepares specialised units for operation deployment. Mat utilised his expertise to deliver similar outcomes on projects within the Department of Education South Australia, and his ability to deliver key outcomes in challenging environments and pressurised situations saw him successfully lead the delivery of the Covid-19 vaccination program in South Australia. Mat holds a Master of Business.

Nick offers over 30 years’ expertise in aviation, defence, public, and health sectors, specialising in risk, safety, and compliance assurance. Drawing on deep operational and command experience as Army Aviation aircrew, he has led critical aviation safety reforms and operational airworthiness reviews within Defence. Recently, Nick spearheaded governance and risk enhancements for a $14B health infrastructure portfolio and designed compliance systems for a major health service. His core strength is building teams, systems, and cultures that ensure enduring compliance and impactful results.

Richard Green

Richard brings deep experience in leadership, strategy, training and capability management. Richard has more than 25 years in military aviation as a commander, pilot, flying instructor, capability manager and governance manager. His career has varied from having multiple operational deployments in command of Australian troops, to being responsible for the introduction of a QMS into Army Aviation Command. Since leaving Defence, Richard has supported organisations implement changes to their governance arrangements by providing bespoke updates to their management structures. He has used his capability management skills to support organisational sustainment and capability management. He has also used his training skills to modernise and deliver corporate level training courses. He is motivated by helping people achieve their potential.
